PM Kisan Credit Card Yojana 2024: The central government has launched a campaign to saturate all beneficiaries of Prime Minister PM Kisan Yojana 2024 with the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Yojana. All farmers can now download Kisan credit card loan application form 2022 for agricultural credit in PDF format online. The official websites to download Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Online Application PDF Form are www.pmkisan.gov.in and www.agricoop.gov.in. This merger of PM Kisan Samman Yojana with KCC will allow farmers to avail concessional institutional credit from KCC for crops as well as livestock/fish farming at a maximum interest rate of 4%.
Kisan Credit Card Yojana online application forms for PM-KISAN beneficiaries are now open. The Union Government wants all beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana to get their own personalized Kisan Credit Card (KCC). For this, Association of Banks of India has waived fees such as processing, documentation, inspection and ledger folio fees as well as service fees for KCC loans up to Rs. 3,000,000
All farmers benefiting from PM Kisan Yojana can now approach their bank branches to obtain the Kisan Yojana credit card. There, farmers will need to submit the one-page KCC registration form along with land registration and details of crops planted to prepare their Kisan credit cards.
Kisan Credit Card System Latest Update
In the ongoing Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, FM Nirmala Sitharaman announced Rs. An additional concessional credit of 2 lakh crore would be extended to the Kisan Credit Card Scheme (KCC). Fish farmers and breeders will be included in the KCC program. About Rs 2.5 crore of fish and livestock farmers will benefit from this KCC scheme.
Extension of the Kisan credit card system to fishermen
Union Minister of State for Fisheries, Livestock and Dairy, L Murugan, said the Kisan credit card scheme will be extended to fishermen to provide loans at low interest rates. Addressing the ‘Fishermen’s Convention’ organized by the Kerala Pradesh Fishermen Group (BMS) at Munambam in Kochi on November 22, 2021, the minister said the central government’s commitment to fishermen was evident in the fact that he created a separate department for fisheries. and aside Rs. 20,000 crores for the Aatmanirbhar Bharat campaign.
The MoS said: “For the first time in independent India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sanctioned Rs 20,000 crore for fishermen in the Atmanirbhar Bharat project.” He added that the government has earmarked Rs 7.5 crore to establish integrated fishing villages with schools, health centers etc. He further announced that the fuel subsidy for fishermen will continue and said that the Union government has sanctioned Rs 246 crore for fishermen in Kerala in the last five years alone. Murugan said it is government policy to develop all fishing ports in India.
Kisan Credit Card for Dairy Farmers
Now the central government. will provide the Kisan credit card to dairy farmers. This extension of the KCC scheme to dairy farmers will enable them to obtain loans of up to Rs. 3 Lakh at interest rates of 2% to 4%. A statement from the government official said: “Prime Minister Modi has launched a new scheme for cattle herders which will be of huge benefit to them. Previously, KCCs were only issued to farmers, but now they will also be issued to dairy farmers. They can avail up to Rs 3 Lakh of very low interest rate credit.”
The Kisan credit card allows beneficiaries to borrow from NABARD at rates ranging from 2 to 4%. Previously, on November 15, the government. launched a national campaign in which the benefits of the Kisan credit card were extended to all eligible farmers, farmers and fish farmers in the country. The campaign will last 3 months from November 15, 2021 to February 15, 2022.

How to Apply Online for KCC
There is no procedure offered by the central government as of now to apply online for Kisan Credit Card, neither the banks are offering any such facility for KCC apply online. Every farmer who wish to apply for Kisan Credit Card loan scheme is required to visit the bank branch and fill the simplified one page application form as given above.
KCC Apply Online Notification for PM Kisan Beneficiary Farmers
PM Kisan is an income support scheme for around 14 crore farmers in India. Under this scheme, the central govt. provides Rs. 6,000 per annum to all farmers. Till date, around 9.7 crore farmer families have been registered in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. More than 8.4 crore farmer families have already availed PM kisan installments and bank details of these farmers are available at bank branches.
Aadhar details of PM Kisan beneficiary farmers are also available with Indian government. Such farmers can easily avail the facility of Kisan Credit Card just by submitting their land records copy and details of crop sown. Currently, there are around 6.7 crore Kisan Credit Card (KCC) beneficiaries in the entire country. Even if we assume that all KCC cardholders are PM-Kisan beneficiaries, there are around 3 cr farmers who doesn’t possess Kisan Credit Card (KCC) facility. So, Indian Bank Association (IBA) has designed a single page KCC form and copy of this form is available on scheduled commercial banks, website of department (www.agricoop.gov.in) and PM-Kisan portal (www.pmkisan.gov.in).
All the left out PM-Kisan beneficiaries can download the KCC form from these official website or can get it from banks. Upon successful submission of forms, banks will provide KCC facility to such farmers.
